How to Order
You can call us at (530) 924-4570, shop at our online store, or send an email. Please provide us with all item details along with a telephone number where you can be reached in case of any questions.

Forms of Payment
We process our online ordering through PayPal. That's the fastest way to get payment to us, so we can ship you your order as soon as possible.

Through PayPal we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders that you send to our street address. Any form of check or money order adds time to your order: we can only ship your order when payment is received and successfully processed.

Shipping / Delivery
When shopping at our online store, orders will be shipped UPS Ground. If your order is large or requires faster shipping, please call us direct at (530) 924-4570, for alternative shipping options and prices. Most orders take approximately 3 business days to be completed and shipped; any deviation from this schedule will be discussed with you in advance. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

Accidents Can Happen
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged they will be replaced at no cost. Please keep all original packaging materials and send us an email or call us at (530) 924-4570 to make arrangements.

Return Policy
We gladly accept exchanges on non-custom items within 60 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. Take Your Guitar is not responsible for returns lost in transit. When we ship an item to you, we give you a tracking number for the carrier. We can use this number if an order did not arrive at its destination.

Any items shipped by Take Your Guitar that are damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost.

Warranty Policy
If an item is found to be defective due to craftsmanship, it will be repaired free of charge for up to one year from date of delivery. This is our own warranty, independent of the products that we sell. If necessary, contact us for details.

Privacy Policy
The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared with any other company for any reason.
